Return Process

  Securely pack the unused materials in their original crates or boxes, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Transportation

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized collection point or schedule a freight pickup for oversized masonry and timber orders.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
